Finally got out of work (examiners meetings...argggghhhh) at half four and made it onto the water just after five -on the 12m kite. Nice hour or two on the water - almost overpowered at times but mostly OK. Dunk was just coming off the water on a 9m when I arrived but I thought it might drop and besides Michele had been out all afternoon on his 12... Good session but called it a day when a scary black as night squall appeared and we both just made it off the water and got the kites down before it hit. Beach disappeared in drifting sand and then a rainstorm. Coated the kites in a thick layer of wet sand. Once it passed gave the kites a wash in the sea and called it a day since there seemed to be several other squalls approaching and temp had fallen loads.
